If you are roleplaying as a murderous psychopath, however, this quest is fantastic. You spend a good third of the game waiting to get into this fabled gambling utopia, only for the gates to finally open and reveal four deserted casinos squatting amongst post-apocalyptic debris. Most characters that kill Rose are evil, which usually aligns with Ceaser's Legion characters. In typical Fallout fashion, the deal goes south, forcing players to fight the Legion. Assuming you kill her and talk to Gloria, she will ask you to oversee a Ceaser's Legion deal. That requirement alone makes many players avoid this quest altogether, but it gets even worse. This quest will eventually force you to kill Rose of Sharon Cassidy, one of the game's main companions. What most players miss is the end of this quest.
